This is an owner direct web site with both holiday villas and apartments in the North of Mallorca. Mallorca or Majorca, which ever way you prefer to spell it, is a beautiful holiday destination and the Pollença and Alcudia areas are renowned for some of the most scenic landscape in the Mediterranean. The apartments:
Capella apartment, Portabello apartment, Xyprers apartment (a duplex), Studio Llenaire and Geranios apartments are all in different select areas of Port de Pollença. This is a popular part of Mallorca for those who wish to be more acquainted with the island and it's people. All the holiday apartments are in quiet areas within walking distance of the centre of Puerto Pollensa and a bus ride or short drive to the old towns of Pollença and Alcudia.
The Villas:
Villa Bonaire, Casa Lija, Casa Encantada, Casa Cocodrilo and soon to be added Casa Rosa (contact owner of Casa Lija for details) are all in the beautiful area of Es Mal pas and Bonaire ( close to the old town of Alcudia) or Pollensa Bay with the most wonderful views over the Bay of Pollensa to Port de Pollença and Formentor or as in the case of Casa Encantada views to Bonaire and the peninsular of Victoria. From all of these areas it is only a short drive to the old town of Alcudia which was originally the islands capital. It still has battlements surrounding the town and Roman remains from the original town (129 bc) that are now open to the public. These areas of the bay of Pollensa are residential only and in the case of Bonaire, Mal Mas and Cocodrilo they border a protected forest and park land. It is not unusual to hear goats bells as they make their way along the mountains that are behind the villas.
