An enchanting villa of typical Mallorquin style with Swimming pool and Mediterranean gardens. Situated in one of the finest locations of Puerto Pollensa ,Bonaire sits between Old Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa on the peninsula of La Victoria. The golf courses of Alcanada and Pollensa are both nearby as are the beaches which are reached within a short walk.

Casa Lija is a luxury villa finished and furnished with the Mallorquin style.  Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms (which all lead onto the terrace), 2 Bathrooms, Fully fitted kitchen with all facilities, Lounge with TV, DVD, HIFI and a large dining area. The villa also caters for all seasons being Air conditioned and fully Central heated plus the added luxury of a wood burner for those late Autumn/Winter evenings.

Outside there are terraces some open some covered for that Al fresco dining and of course sunbathing and using the BBQ. Added to this is the swimming pool with further sun terrace and outside shower room all set in wonderful gardens with breath taking views of the bay.  You can even take those cocktails up to the roof terrace.
