Accommodation comprises of large lounge/dining room with dvd and cd player leading onto a sunny balcony.  One double bedroom with own balcony and one twin bedroom.  One full bathroom also guest toilet and washbasin.  Spacious fully fitted kitchen (hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and microwave) laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Parking is available at the front of the building. 

There is a community pool with children’s section and sunbathing area surrounded by a hedge giving privacy.  Nearby there is a friendly bar/restaurant and small supermarket.

The apartment is located on the first floor and accessed by a short flight of stairs.

Pleasant communal pool set in private location with children´s section and a sunbathing area. For golfing enthusiasts a 9 hole course is 20 mins drive and the 18 hole course in Alcanada a 30 min drive away.
