Bonaire (also spelled Bon Aire) and Es Mal Pas are at the entrance to the Victoria peninsula opposite Puerto Pollensa, the pine forests here are unspoiled and walkers will find the views of Pollensa Bay, the Formentor Hotel and the Tramuntana Mountains a joy.
All the rooms are light and airy, the master bedroom has air-conditioning and for the winter months the villa is fitted with oil central heating. This modern villa offers an exceptionally fine level of comfort. Each room opens onto a balcony or terrace with fabulous views across the bay of Pollensa looking toward Formentor and the Tramuntana mountains beyond. The villa also has the advantage of being within a 10 or 15 minute drive to the new golf course in Alcanada, the port of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, the old town of Alcudia, the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vincent and the inland towns of Sa Pobla and Muro. Take a stroll down to the Cocodrilo Marina and enjoy excellent fresh fish in the restaurant there, Manolo and Antonia will be happy to see you.
There is a good sized swimming pool and the well kept gardens are private and peaceful with mature fig, palm, pine, olive and other indigenous trees. The roof terrace is always a favourite with guests for the panoramic views and magnificent sunsets. This special little corner of North Mallorca is away from the tourists and difficult to leave. One gentle word of warning: Mallorca or Majorca, however you wish to spell it- will find a place in your heart after your time here.
